Depression, addiction, incarceration, and even thoughts of suicide are battles that many of us face, but you’re not alone—and you can get better. I’ve been there, and I’ve made it through. Growing mentally, physically, and spiritually, and rebuilding my life piece by piece. My mission is to share what I’ve learned along the way and to create a community where we uplift and support each other on our journeys toward healing.
